Friends of Issaquah Salmon Hatchery (FISH) is here to protect out salmon for generations to come through education and community outreach.
Book A Tour
Spring hatchery tours, through May 30 — tours last 45 minutes, feature multiple spots around hatchery and cost a suggested donation of $10 a person and can be scheduled at least 7 days prior. Click here.
Spring school group tours are also available ($5 per person) and involve feeding the trout, viewing the aquarium and learning about the salmon life cycle. Read more here.

Earth Day at the Hatchery
All are invited for Earth Day Weekend for a day free family fun & educational activity: Saturday, April 19 10am-2pm. Write a good luck letter to our juvenile salmon before they begin their journey, feed the trout, complete the scavenger hunt, learn about salmon in our Watershed Science Center, find fishy items in Gift Shop, help with habitat restoration projects (for all ages), learn how to cast a fly or salmon catapult, or listen to mermaid Luna Lee tell stories about the salmon’s miraculous journey.

Fishing for Fun Nature Camps
Thank you for supporting FISH’s Fishing for Fun Nature Camp program! We are so excited to welcome your child for a week full of science activities, games, crafts, stories, and fun at the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery. We have opportunities for youth 4-11 years old as well as limited High School Camp Helper positions.
