Give to FISH and help fish!
By making a tax-deductible contribution to FISH this Giving Tuesday, you help us continue the important work of educating our young people and our citizens about our iconic Pacific salmon, the importance of clean watersheds, and the vital role our historic Issaquah Salmon Hatchery plays in sustaining our salmon population.
Our goal this Giving Season is to raise $10,000 in donations and memberships to help support our programs:
- School Field Trips to the Issaquah Salmon Hatchery and ensuring all tour information is up to date with the latest salmon science.
- Visits to local schools to speak with young students about salmon, ecology, watershed health, and individual actions for change.
- Maintaining the hatchery’s Native Plant Garden and Wetlands Display to teach visitors about the role of plants in watershed stewardship and salmon conservation.
- Develop cultural gatherings to educate the public about the influence of salmon on PNW and indigenous traditions, history, art, and music.
- And more!!!!
We are committed to providing programs that help people explore our watershed and protect and advocate for the environment and salmon. With the help of your membership and tax-deductible contributions, we will continue to do so.
